About Us
Everycare Central Hants, is a small team. The business has a strong reputation for delivering great care and excellent customer service – our client survey showed 100% of our customers would recommend us. All scores on Homecare.co.uk are Excellent/Good with us scoring 9.4/10. We provide a personalised, bespoke service with 85% of new enquiries coming from existing clients and external professionals.
We were the first care company to become an Employee Ownership Trust, ensuring sustainability of our organisation, motivating employees to become involved in its running. Carers are encouraged and enabled to go above and beyond, taking on additional responsibilities such as ‘buddying up’ new carers, spot checks, NVQs.
Our service is
• EFFECTIVE: a client who craved companionship was matched with a carer who made an Easter bonnet with her, took her to church and spent time gardening with her.
• CARING: Our carers go above and beyond; recently a married couple were put into separate wards in hospital, their live in carer not only visited them, she borrowed a hospital wheelchair and pushed the wife to see the husband – which they were both delighted with!
• RESPONSIVE: One of our clients dropped her stick on the mechanics of her recliner chair, it got stuck in position, immediately a domiciliary carer visited her, in their own time, to ‘rescue’ her.
• WELL LED - A client came home from hospital with an inappropriate catheter, it was down to the persistence of the live in carer that appropriate fittings were supplied.
