As the home was previously a chapel it has an unusual lay out and lots of interesting features however, the home is small providing a warm homely feel more akin to a Supported Living service.
At The Old Chapel you will have a team of people to support you led by the Service Manager and Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead.
The team will be able to assist you with your daily living needs which may include assistance with your physical health, personal care, maintaining a well-balanced diet, fluid intake and medication alongside supporting you with your wellbeing which may include engagement with activities or emotional support.
The team will support you to seek and access external support such as referrals to the GP, consultants, Occupational Therapist, amongst other Health Professionals where needed.
