Carehost Services Limited is a person-centred domiciliary care provider delivering high-quality home care and complex care services to adults who require support to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Our services are designed to support individuals with a wide range of needs, including older people, individuals living with long-term health conditions, disabilities, and those requiring complex healthcare support. We work closely with families, local authorities, NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) teams, and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver coordinated and responsive care.
Carehost Services specialises in supporting individuals with complex and high-dependency needs, including delegated healthcare interventions delivered under the regulated activity of Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI). Our trained and competency-assessed staff provide support with tasks such as medication administration, PEG feeding, catheter and stoma care, and the monitoring of long-term conditions.
We also deliver reablement and recovery-focused support, helping individuals regain confidence, mobility, and independence following illness, hospital discharge, or changes in health.
