Specialist Domiciliary Care Guided by NMC Registered Nursing Experts
Lifetouch Care is a nurse-led domiciliary care service, regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and delivered by highly skilled NMC-registered nurses. We provide safe, high-quality, and personalised healthcare in the comfort and dignity of people’s own homes. Our mission is to combine clinical expertise with compassion, ensuring every individual receives the right support to live with dignity, independence, and an improved quality of life.
We offer a broad range of services tailored to each person’s unique needs. Our nurse-led model enables us to deliver both everyday support and complex, hospital-level care at home, supporting individuals.
Our care includes respectful, person-centred assistance with daily living, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and companionship. We provide safe medication administration and monitoring using digital MAR charts, as well as rehabilitation and lifestyle support for adults. Caring for adults over 65 years and under 65 with long term conditions or recovery needs.
Our team offers specialist dementia care that prioritises safety, reassurance, and emotional wellbeing, along with holistic mental health support that promotes stability and resilience. We also provide compassionate, clinically informed care for individuals living with eating disorders and adaptive support for people with physical disabilities or sensory impairments to maximise independence. All treatment of disease, disorder, or injury is delivered safely under nurse supervision using evidence-based practice.
Lifetouch Care is equipped to deliver advanced clinical care at home, including tracheostomy management, ventilator support, nebulisation, catheter and stoma care, and rehabilitation-focused support for spinal injuries or acquired brain injuries. Our nurses are trained in IV therapy and medicine administration, including central venous access such as PICC lines and central lines. We also provide complex, dignified end-of-life care for individuals and families who need compassionate, specialist support.
Every aspect of our service is underpinned by CQC compliance and strong clinical governance. All staff are DBS checked, fully trained, and supported by NMC-registered nurses who assess, plan, and monitor care to the highest standards.
Lifetouch Care blends clinical expertise with smart digital systems to enhance safety, transparency, and communication. Our technology includes real-time carer tracking, secure mobile apps for instant updates, dynamic digital care plans, digital MAR charts, and a 24/7 family portal offering access to care logs, visit summaries, and health updates. Feedback and concerns are managed through an online portal overseen directly by NMC registered nurses and logged in line with CQC requirements.

About The Team
All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery.
