About Us
**Welcome to Park Road CCT, Wolverhampton**
Park Road is a CQC-registered home supporting young adults with complex emotional and mental health needs.
We provide person-centred care within a safe, structured, and supportive environment, helping young people (16-25) develop emotional stability, confidence, and independence. We work closely with each individual to build positive relationships with staff and peers, develop essential life skills, and work towards their personal goals at a pace that suits them.
Support is tailored to each young person through bespoke packages that reflect their emotional, mental health, and social needs. Our approach is trauma-informed and relationship-based, recognising the impact of past experiences while promoting resilience, personal growth, and self-worth. We aim to support the overall welfare of every young person through holistic care that addresses emotional wellbeing, daily living skills, social development, and personal preferences. We work in partnership with families, education providers, health professionals, and other agencies to maximise independence, wellbeing, and meaningful participation in the community.
The home provides a nurturing, welcoming, and warm atmosphere, with spacious communal areas, a large kitchen, and multiple shared spaces that support daily routines, shared activities, therapeutic approaches, and the development of independent living skills. These areas allow staff to work flexibly with young people, whether supporting practical life skills such as cooking and self-care or providing quieter spaces for reflection, regulation, and one-to-one support. Each young person has their own bedroom, providing privacy and personal space, while the large garden offers opportunities for outdoor activities, relaxation, and regulation. The size and layout of the home allow young people choice over how they use their space, supporting autonomy while maintaining appropriate structure.
Situated opposite a large scenic park, the home benefits from a calm, natural environment that can be used therapeutically to support emotional regulation, wellbeing, and gentle engagement in outdoor activity. The combination of supportive staff, tailored care, and thoughtfully designed spaces enables young people at Park Road to grow in confidence, resilience, and independence within a safe and welcoming setting. Park Road is particularly suited to young people transitioning from inpatient or hospital settings, or those who have experienced a breakdown in placement. The smaller, calmer environment allows for a gradual step-down into community living, with consistent staffing, clear routines, and carefully planned engagement tailored to each individual’s needs and risk profile.
We accept most funding options including self-funding (private), local authority—with or without top-up—and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
Park Road CCT is conveniently located close to local amenities including a bank, bar, convenience store, dentist, doctors, supermarket, and train station.
