Prosper Haven is a spacious, modern, and purpose-adapted single-occupancy Residential home located in Wolverhampton. This three-bedroom property is designed specifically to accommodate one individual requiring intensive, specialist mental health support in a homely and safe environment.

Who We Support:

We welcome referrals for young adults who may present with one or more of the following:
• Complex or enduring mental health conditions
• Autism or learning disabilities (including dual diagnosis)
• Emerging or established personality disorder
• Forensic or secure step down histories
• Emotional dysregulation, self injury, or behaviours that challenge
• Sensory processing differencesIf a prospective resident requires a bespoke adaptation or staffing profile, we can usually implement it prior to admission

• Collaborative MDT – psychiatry, psychology, SALT, OT and community teams working together
Daily routines balance structure and choice, supporting residents to progress towards greater autonomy at their own pace.
