About Us

Heartfelt Care provides highly personalised homecare and home support. Based in both Yeovil and Sherborne, we also cover Thornford and Bradford Abbas. We understand the importance of quality, caring, home support and how it helps people to remain, and thrive, in their own homes. All our support is tailored to the needs of our clients, ensuring quality and professionalism is delivered every time.

We have an excellent team of trained, DBS checked, insured, carers who love their job and are well supported by operational management. We provide care between 7am to 10pm every day of the week and always go the 'extra mile' for our clients (and their families), for example liaising with GP's, nurses, and pharmacies, and doing those things that make life easier such as shopping and fish and chips.

We do not charge a fee for an initial chat or assessment and are always happy to talk through any scenario and give advice.
