Care at Birchlands
We provide safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care for adults in Haxby and the surrounding York area, delivered in line with CQC requirements.
We have experience supporting people living with dementia, with care tailored to individual needs, routines, and preferences. Personalised care plans are developed in partnership with individuals, families, and professionals, promoting dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
