Care m U m is a family owned and ran business. This mother, daughter and husband team have been offering our customers a quality service in York for the last 8 years.
Our highly trained and experienced team offers a wide range of care and support services, tailored to suit your individual needs. We can assist with complex health conditions, dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), learning disabilities/autism, physical disabilities, frailty, and mental health challenges, as well as support following a stroke, Parkinson’s disease, or sensory impairments. We understand that every individual is unique, which is why we provide both male and female carers, LGBTQ+ support, cultural sensitivity, and services in English, Afrikaans, and Nepalese.
At Care m U m, we offer flexible care options – from hourly visits and overnight support to respite care and rehabilitation after hospital stays. Our services range from personal care, companionship, medication management, and domestic help, to escorted trips, shopping, dietary support, and even pet-friendly options and pet care.
We welcome all funding types, including self-funding, Local Authority, and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). Our prices start from £33.00 per hour, ensuring high-quality and affordable care you can trust.
