Proudly rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we deliver the highest standards of support, promoting comfort, safety, and independence within your own home.

We support a range of needs, from personal and complex health care including dementia, physical disabilities, mental health, stroke, and end-of-life care, to companionship, escorted outings, and daily living assistance. Whether you are looking for help for yourself or a loved one, our highly trained and dedicated care team is available for adults over 18, including specialist support for older people and those with learning disabilities, sensory impairments, or chronic conditions.

At SureCare York, we understand that everyone’s needs are unique. Services are flexibly designed and may include companionship, help with domestic tasks, food preparation to meet dietary requirements, medication assistance, shopping, and cultural or LGBTQ+ support. Our care options include hourly visits, convalescence and rehabilitation, respite care, and double-up care when two carers are required. We are also proud to be pet friendly.

We accept self-funding (private clients), Local Authority funding (with or without top-up), ensuring our services remain accessible and affordable from just £33.50 per hour.
