CareFind has been developed by North of England Care system Support NECS, an NHS organisation, in collaboration with care providers and health and social care stakeholders.

What does CareFind do?

CareFind enables care providers to share up-to-date information about their services and availability directly with people seeking support, in a clear and easy-to-use format.

Team work

We pride ourselves on having a dedicated team who leads the way on digital innovation, working closely with key stakeholders, using recognised design methodologies to develop straightforward systems to improve patient and family choice when seeking care.
