Complex Care - Detached Bungalow Placements

Muve Healthcare delivers placements within a portfolio of detached, community-based bungalows specifically selected and adapted to support individuals requiring low-stimulus, high-support environments.

Each property offers:

Detached setting – no shared walls, reducing environmental triggers and risks

Solo occupancy model – designed for individuals unable to live in shared placements

Ground floor living – suitable for individuals with mobility or physical health needs

Low-stimulus environments – calm, structured settings tailored to reduce distress and escalation

Secure and risk-managed layouts – properties can be adapted based on individual risk (including ligature reduction, controlled access, and observation points where required)

Fully furnished and placement-ready – immediate admission capability

Staff base on-site – space allocated for 24/7 staffing teams

Support Model

Placements are delivered with enhanced staffing ratios based on assessed need:

2:1 and 3:1 support packages available

24/7 care including waking night staff

Consistent, trained staff teams to promote stability and reduce risk

We specialise in supporting individuals with:

Behaviours of concern / risk to self or others

Physical disabilities and complex health needs
