Surely Yours Healthcare was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: that everyone deserves to receive high-quality, dignified care in the place they feel most comfortable — their own home.
The organisation was established by sisters with extensive professional experience in health and social care, combining years of practical expertise with a shared commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred support. Through their experience, they recognised the need for care services that truly reflect the individuality of each person, and this became the foundation upon which the organisation was built.
This ethos is embodied in the name Surely Yours — a clear commitment that care will be delivered in a way that is personal, respectful, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and circumstances. The service promotes dignity, independence, and choice, ensuring that every person feels valued and supported.
Whilst the organisation is headquartered in Southend-on-Sea, Surely Yours Healthcare operates with the capacity to deliver services across the United Kingdom. The service adopts a flexible and responsive model of care delivery, enabling the deployment of trained staff to locations where support is required. This includes the provision of both short-term and long-term care packages, as well as urgent and emergency placements, ensuring continuity of care regardless of geographical location.
The service provides a comprehensive range of domiciliary care, including personal care, companionship, specialist dementia care, live-in care, and rapid-response support, all delivered in accordance with best practice and regulatory standards.
The Registered Manager, Mrs Theodora Machingura, leads a team of suitably trained, skilled, and compassionate care professionals. The team is committed to delivering safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services, in line with the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and to achieving positive outcomes for all individuals using the service.
